MES helps monitor the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all steps are executed according to plan and optimizing resources such as machinery, labor, and materials. This system tracks the flow of raw materials and components throughout various stages of production, from the point of entry to the warehouse to the final product being shipped. MES provides real-time data on production status, enabling the identification of issues as they arise.
EMS helps plan and schedule regular maintenance tasks for equipment, such as inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements, to prevent unexpected failures. The EMS automatically schedules maintenance tasks based on equipment usage, manufacturer recommendations, or predefined time intervals. The EMS tracks all equipment assets, including their specifications, usage history, maintenance logs, and lifecycle status. With IoT (Internet of Things) integration, the EMS can monitor equipment performance in real-time.
